Getting started
What is FibreTempo?
FibreTempo is a personalised fibre-tracking app that helps you understand your daily fibre, see what to add next and build a routine you can stick with. As your consistency grows, your Living Ecosystem grows with you — making progress something you can see, not just a number to track.
How does FibreTempo help me build a fibre habit?
FibreTempo helps you understand your daily fibre, see what could help next and make small, realistic changes you can repeat. Over time, those repeated choices become your fibre rhythm, while the Living Ecosystem gives that progress a visible form.
How does the Living Ecosystem work?
The Living Ecosystem gives your everyday choices a visual sense of progress. As you build consistency and food variety over time, your ecosystem grows with you — so progress becomes something you can see, not just another number or streak to maintain.
Do I have to track every meal or count calories?
No. FibreTempo focuses on fibre-rich foods and plant variety. You do not need to record every calorie, macro or ingredient you eat.
Will I need to change my whole diet?
No. FibreTempo starts with foods already in your routine and helps you find practical additions that fit meals you already enjoy.
Do I need to be vegan to use FibreTempo?
No. FibreTempo is for anyone who wants to understand their fibre intake and build more fibre-rich plant foods into their routine, whether they eat fully plant-based or not.
Which devices can I use FibreTempo on?
FibreTempo is designed for mobile devices. Store availability and some platform-specific features may vary by device, country and release stage. Use the live store links on the FibreTempo website to confirm current availability.
Tracking and progress
How does the personalised opening range work?
During onboarding, you select foods that already appear in your week. FibreTempo uses them to suggest a realistic opening range, which becomes more personal as you log actual meals.
Is 30g always my immediate target?
The UK adult population reference is 30g of fibre per day, but FibreTempo can use a gentler opening range to help you build gradually. Your app settings and any professional advice should take priority over a generic reference.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing is erased. FibreTempo focuses on consistency over time rather than perfect streaks, so you can simply continue when you are ready.
How accurate are the fibre values?
Fibre values are approximate and can vary by food type, brand, preparation and serving size. FibreTempo uses recognised food data to support everyday decisions, not laboratory-level measurement.
What if increasing fibre makes me uncomfortable?
FibreTempo encourages gradual changes rather than sudden jumps. If you have persistent digestive symptoms, a diagnosed condition or a prescribed diet, speak to an appropriate healthcare professional before changing your intake.
Subscription and access
What is included with my subscription?
Every plan includes your personalised starting range, daily fibre total and remaining gap, flexible food logging, food discovery with practical ways to use each food, weekly consistency and plant-variety insights, Living Ecosystem progress and supportive reminders.
How much does FibreTempo cost?
The annual plan is £34.99 per year and includes a seven-day free trial. The monthly plan is £5.99 per month and does not include a free trial. Both plans include the same core features. Store prices can vary by country and currency.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the annual subscription renews automatically at the price shown by your app store when you subscribed. The store confirmation screen is the final source for your local price and renewal date.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the store account used to subscribe. You can view, change or cancel your plan through your Apple or Google Play subscription settings.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
